AFTech Group builds small, thoughtful software products with a focus on simplicity, respect, and user trust. We do not believe in collecting data we do not need, and we do not sell user information. Period.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Our apps are designed to work with little to no personal data.

Depending on the app, we may collect:

• Anonymous diagnostics or crash reports

We do not collect:

• Phone numbers
• Precise location data
• Contacts
• Photos or media
• Payment information (handled entirely by the App Store or Play Store)

If an app ever requires additional data, it will be clearly explained inside the app.

How We Use Information

Any information collected is used only to:

• Improve app stability and performance
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Understand which features are useful
• Ensure compatibility across devices

We do not use data for advertising, tracking across apps, or profiling users.

Third-Party Services

Some apps may use trusted third-party services for:

• Crash reporting
• Basic analytics
• App distribution and updates

These services may collect limited technical data as required for their function. All such services are selected carefully and used in accordance with their privacy policies.

AFTech Group does not share or sell user data to third parties.

Virtual Receptionist

The AFTech Group website may offer an optional virtual receptionist named Ollie, powered by ElevenLabs. The assistant supports voice and text conversations. It does not access your microphone until you choose to start a voice conversation and grant browser permission.

When you use the assistant, your conversation, basic technical connection information, and any contact details you voluntarily provide may be processed by ElevenLabs and AFTech Group to answer your request, route you to the appropriate specialist, maintain service quality, and follow up when requested. Please do not provide passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, private security details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Virtual receptionist conversations are retained for a limited operational period and are not sold or used by AFTech Group for advertising. You can instead contact us by email or telephone without using the assistant.

Data Retention

We keep collected data only as long as necessary to maintain app functionality, diagnose issues, and improve reliability. Data is regularly reviewed and removed when no longer needed.

Children’s Privacy

AFTech Group apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13.

Your Choices

You can:

• Use our apps without creating an account
• Disable analytics at the system level where supported
• Uninstall the app at any time to stop all data collection

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we collect. However, no digital system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure.
